The Potty Plant is Australia's first real grass dog toilet. It was created to meet a real need for providing our puppies and dogs with the most natural and effective toileting tool possible.

It is made from durable non-permeable recycled plastic which does not have any crevices or smelly 'pee drawers' you need to empty. The grass does all the work for you and most dogs use it immediately.

The patented design of the Potty Plant cleverly stops dogs from nibbling and getting to the grass edges thanks to the top frame. The Potty Plant is delivered to your doorstep with grass included and is ready to use! This is what the Starter Kit is.

Sign up to a grass subscription to receive regular grass deliveries to keep your Potty Plant fresh. The Potty Plant measures at 86.5 cm x 62.5 cm x 6 cm.

The Potty Plant provides a clean and secure case to hold our Potty Plant grass. Place the Potty Plant on the balcony or courtyard in a shady spot and out of the rain and direct sunlight. You can place it indoors if you don’t have an outdoor area however you will need to change the grass weekly.

The real grass roots absorb pee and pee stench. No maintenance in between grass changes is required except picking your dog’s poo (like you would at the park). When your new grass arrives simply roll up and dispose of your old grass, give your Potty Plant case a little wash and lay your new liner (comes with your box) and fresh grass on top.

Firstly, it doesn’t stink like fake grass and puppy pads because it absorbs pee and pee stench into its roots.

Secondly, the scent of real grass attracts dogs and puppies so they quickly adapt to using it. Dogs develop substrate preference which means they will prefer to continue toileting on whatever surface they were trained to go on as puppies.

Toilet training puppies on fake grass and puppy pads only encourages them to toilet on surfaces that feel like those products which unfortunately can resemble floors and carpet. If your puppy is taught to ‘go’ on real grass, he will adapt to going potty outside much quicker because Potty Plant grass feels exactly the same to him.

If you place your order prior to our cutoff Sunday 11:59pm your order will be dispatched the following week. For example, if you place your order on a Saturday, you can expect your order to be dispatched on the Monday 2 days later.

If you place your order on a Monday you can expect your order to be dispatched 7 days later because it was placed after our Sunday 11:59pm cut off.
